Clothes and Shoes
I believe lots of people like to buy shoes, clothes and accessories to doll themselves up and make them pretty to walk in the street. I have a group of Jimuis who are pretty enough and we have the same kind of interest to dress ourselves up and that is why we spend our money in this kind of things.
There are times when I only have one pair of nice clothes to wear out on every function as well as a pair of multi-purpose sports shoes. I go to school for sports with it, I go shopping with it and dinners etc. I wear my only pair of nice clothes with it too. The pair of nice clothes is only a piece of white singlet with dark blue lining and a jeans skirt. Both I get in it in Singapore that time which it is quite cheap. I always envy my friends for having fashionable clothes and shoes for them to wear differently when we go out together.
I started to change when I was in the college where I try to get more clothes in KL since I can get cheap clothing in Sungei Wang but that time really saved my money from food to get nice clothes. Although I started to spend more on clothes but honestly until I graduate, I didn’t spend my money on those expensive or branded clothing. Even if I have, those are present from other people.
Recently, I started to look into branded clothing as I think they worth the value of the quality and comfortability but still I think twice before it get it. I spend more on clothing and especially shoes because I just think that I should pamper myself more and cover up those that I had lost. Also I think this is the method to make myself happier and more confident.
Sometime I think people will call me spendthrift to spend so much on shoes and clothing, bought shoes or clothes everytime I go shopping but I really think I deserve all this after I have been working this hard. Although I know it is a bit waste when I doesn’t know so many legs like a centipede or a millipede but I get myself so many pairs of shoes. I should say it is the kind of interest I have for shoes. Probably I can just make it like a collection like those of you who collects stamps in the past, collects Coca-cola bottles etc etc. Or it would be like kind of investment that you all did like buying a PSP, Xbox or Wii.
Maybe it is hard to understand why girls like to make themselves pretty so much, probably they just hope to own all the nice clothes and shoes in the world.
